Based on Amazon's guidelines on seller feedback:


Amazon reserves the right to remove feedback that is not directly related to the customer's shopping experience or that violates our guidelines. 

Seller feedback should not be about the product, but rather about the buying experience. It should answer questions like:

  • How satisfied are you with the packaging and shipping of your order?
  • If you contacted the seller, did you receive good support and an immediate solution?
  • Will you buy from this seller again?

All feedback that mentions product details can be removed. The negative feedback Is it about a product that arrived late or damaged? You can remove it!

An example of a request for cancellation of negative seller feedback may be:

Good morning,
I am sending this email regarding feedback XXX.
This feedback is about the product, not about my behavior as a seller.
